Before final alignment on the tubes is achieved, and soldering begins, install the six 10K Ohm resistors for the anode leads of each tube. They go in the resistor slots below each tube base resistor.
They might be a snug fit, so place them before you solder your tubes in. Bend the resistor leads down as close to the resistor package as you can for a proper fit. |
